Dr. Anitra Wheeler-Harris
School Psychologist, Whitehall City School District
Dr. Anitra Wheeler-Harris is currently a licensed School Psychologist within the Whitehall City School District. She earned her collegiate degrees from the Ohio State University as a double major in Psychology and Communication for her Bachelors, followed by a Masters and Doctorate in School Psychology. Anitra has worked as School Psychologist for 11 years and has operated within the field of education for 19 years. She is a strong believer in lifelong learning and is passionate to assist others with identifying and breaking barriers of educational success.
Deborah N. Crockett
Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addition Services
Deborah N. Crockett is a Community Capital Project Manager for the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services where she completed over 20 years of public service. Ten years prior to her current position, she managed a Federal SAMHSA Grant and provided guidance to thirteen statewide projects as the State Project Lead for the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Program. Deborah earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from DeVry University. She also earned a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Government Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
